<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reach type forklift of which the floor of a driver's seat can be lowered, than ever before. <P>SOLUTION: A portion L of a caster link part 73 is offset downward in an area not in contact with a caster tire 67, and an elastic member 79 is arranged to the offset portion L. A height required as a space above the caster tire 67 to the driver's seat 4 is set to be a height from which an amount offset from a vertical height in an oscillation restriction part 77 and the elastic member 79 is balanced out. A required space above the caster tire 67 can be smaller than that in a case in which the caster link part 73 is not offset, so that the floor of the driver's seat 4 can be lowered by the offset amount.
