<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the efficiency of the creation and update of a service manual. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a service manual creation method of creating by using a computer a service manual to be used for maintenance or repair of a product on the basis of producing operation information to be created including an assembly procedure from manufacturing information on a product, the service manual creation method which being characterized by including: extracting service information corresponding to the producing operation information on the basis of association information in which the manufacturing information is associated with service information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the product (S404, S404a-1, S404a-2); creating the service manual by using the producing operation information and the service information extracted by a service information extraction part in association with the producing operation information (S406 to S409); and registering at least the association information on new items of the service manual edited by operation of a user in the case of creating the service manual (S409, S410). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
