<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective use of a charging device installed in an apartment house and improvement in convenience to a user who uses the charging device. <P>SOLUTION: Information representing reservation states of vehicle charging devices 24 installed in a plurality of apartment houses 14 is registered in a storage part of a management server 42, when a reservation for a vehicle charging device 24 is indicated through a display operation unit 26 provided to each apartment 16, a management unit 28 acquires information on a vehicle charging device 24 provided to the apartment house 14 where the device is provided, or to an apartment house 14 that a user selects from the management server 42, and displays the reservation state on a display operation unit 26.
