<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit for a rotary machine, capable of reducing ESR with a simple circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A switching circuit 10 implementing electric control of a motor M includes at least a capacitor 11 as a circuit element in a circuit board 15 of the switch circuit 10.
