<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor for hardly causing the entry of foreign matters. <P>SOLUTION: Into the inner peripheral face of an inner ring 1 of a deep groove ball bearing 10 having the sensor 20, a small-diameter cylinder part 40b of an approximately cylindrical slinger 40 is pressed and mounted. An outer peripheral face 41 of a large-diameter cylinder part 40a of the slinger 40 and an inner peripheral face 26a of a sensor housing 26 are opposed to each other at a minute radial clearance. The radial clearance forms a labyrinth seal. An encoder holder 32 is protruded from the outer peripheral face of the inner ring 1 in the radial direction and opposed to the axial end face of the sensor housing 26. Between the axial end face of the sensor housing 26 and the encoder holder 32, an axial clearance is formed which is communicated with the radial clearance forming the labyrinth seal.
