<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate capable of suppressing damage of a minute irregular structure and dust contamination caused by the damage and suppressing decline in optical performance before and after peeling of a protective film. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate (1) includes: a minute structure layer (12) having an irregular structure (12a) formed on the surface thereof; and the protective film (13) installed on the minute structure layer (12) and coming into contact with recesses and projections of the irregular structure (12a) to cover the irregular structure (12a). In the minute structure layer (12), a pitch between the projections adjacent to each other is equal to or lower than a wavelength of visible light. The protective film (13) includes a water insoluble resin material, and adhesive strength to the minute structure layer (12) after peeling from the minute structure layer (12) is 0.01 N/cm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
