<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure in which a seal member is interposed between a mirror base and a vehicle body and the appearance of a mirror base attaching part and sealing performance are improved without applying an additional seal treatment. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the seal structure of the vehicle door mirror attaching part in which a seal rubber 3 is interposed between the outer panel 17 of a front door and the mirror base 5 of the door mirror to be attached to the outer panel 17. In the mirror base 5, a space 55 opening on the outer panel 17 side is formed. A seal rubber 3 is formed into a nearly elliptical shape following the opening shape of the mirror base 5 and housed in the space 55, and includes: a first seal lip 13 which is projectingly provided over the whole periphery of the vertical wall 53 of the seal rubber 3 and is brought into elastic contact with the outer panel 17; and a second seal lip 23 which is projectingly provided over the whole periphery of the vertical wall 53 of the seal rubber 3 and is brought into elastic contact with the inner side surface 5a of the mirror base 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
