<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of surely preventing moisture from intruding into a solar cell as well as improving power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes: a substrate; a solar cell element formed by laminating a back surface electrode, a power generation layer for receiving light to generate power and a transparent electrode for transmitting light in this order; a protective layer for protecting the solar cell element; and a resin sealing layer filled between the protective layer and the substrate, where light is taken in from the protective layer side. The solar cell element is arranged such that the solar cell element is covered with a barrier film formed by laminating a plurality of layers of thin films, and the barrier film is formed such that an upper layer thereof covers an underlayer, and an outer peripheral end of each layer has a portion being contact with the substrate, and the barrier layer is covered with the sealing layer and the protective layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
