<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology of a laser microscope that independently controls an emitting position and an emitting angle on the surface of a specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The laser microscope 1 comprises: a laser light source 16 that emits a laser beam; an objective lens 10 that emits a laser beam to a specimen 11; a condenser lens 22 that condenses the laser beams onto the pupil conjugate surface of the objective lens 10; a parallel flat plate 23 that moves the laser beam in a direction parallel to a direction orthogonal to an optical axis; scanning means 24 that scans the specimen 11 by moving the laser beam to the position where it emits the specimen 11; and a control device 26 that rotates the parallel flat plate 23, thereby controlling a shift amount by which the laser beam is moved parallel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
