<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner that exhausts clean air and can reduce vibration noise. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner 1 comprises: a suction portion provided in a case that houses an electric air blower 10; a suction port 10a communicating with the suction portion, which is provided in the electric air blower 10; an airtight member 35 that is interposed between the suction portion and the suction port 10a and keeps airtightness nearly in the axis direction of the electric air blower 10; and an elastic supporting unit 50 that is provided separately from the airtight member 35 and supports the electric air blower 10.
