<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-side bolt which can be fastened smoothly, surely and efficiently without generating noise and can be fastened at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A one-side bolt 1 comprises: a pin 6 including a head 3 in one end of a shank 2 and including a male screw 5 in another end; a head sleeve 7 fitted to an outer circumference of the shank of the pin 6; a tapered sleeve 9 with a tapered part 8; a nut 12 engaged to the male screw 5 of the shank; and a ring 10 which is fitted to the outer circumference of the shank of the pin between the head sleeve 7 and the tapered sleeve 9 and can be expanded in a circumferential direction. In the case of fastening, the head sleeve 7 is expanded into tapered shape by the tapered part 8 of the tapered sleeve 9, the ring 10 is inserted between an inner surface of the head sleeve 7 and an outer surface of the tapered sleeve, and the head sleeve 7 is expanded into prescribed tapered shape. Between the expanded head sleeve 7 and the nut 12, an axial force of the pin acts on members 13, 14 to be fastened, thereby fastening them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
