VIDEO PROCESSOR AND VIDEO PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor and a method for correcting a tone of a panorama video.

SOLUTION: The video processor acquires ghost information in response to a cost map and an optimum threshold in a region where inputted left video and right video are overlapped, generates a tone correction map depending on a global tone correction function generated by considering the ghost information and a local tone correction level generated by reflecting local information on an optimum joint, and corrects the left video and the right video according to a final tone correction map generated by applying a weight considering the left video and a weight considering the right video to the tone correction map.
