PURPOSE: A composition for controlling T cell proliferation using CXCL3 chemokine and CXCR2 is provided to suppress T cell proliferation and survival and to affect anti-cancer activity in vivo. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing T cell proliferation contains CXCL3 chemokine as an active ingredient. CXCL3 chemokine has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A composition for suppressing T cell proliferation contains a gene encoding CXCL3 chemokine as an active ingredient. The gene has a base of sequence number 2. The expression of a CXC chemokine receptor is induced by co-culturing mesenchymal stem cells and T cells in the T cells.
