<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish set which raises awareness of nutritional balance of meal and causes the nutritional balance of meal to be examined everyday. <P>SOLUTION: This dish set is a combination of plates 1 to 3 formed in the symbol shapes a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to c<SB POS="POST">1</SB>having specific abstract outlines. The symbol shapes a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to c<SB POS="POST">1</SB>are predetermined by symbolizing the meanings of staple food containing much carbohydrate, food as a main dish containing much protein, and food as a side dish containing much vitamin, mineral or dietary fibers. In serving a meal, the respective foods are served on the respective plates 1 to 3.
