<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a test time without degrading reliability of the test. <P>SOLUTION: A test list holding unit 12 holds a test list defining a plurality of test items to be executed on a test target object and their order. An association table holding unit 13 holds a table which classifies result values of respective test items into ranks to associate each rank with test items to be omitted or added. A test result value acquisition unit 22 acquires test result values of the test items executed according to the test list. A rank determination unit 23 refers to the association table holding unit 13 to classify the test result values acquired by the test result value acquisition unit 22 into ranks.
