<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new telescopic cover with a filter allowing easy replacement of only the filter without necessitating disassembly of equipment to which the telescopic cover with the filter has been attached, when replacing the filter because of deterioration or clogging of the filter. <P>SOLUTION: The telescopic cover with filter includes a single or a plurality of telescopic cover bodies 12 and 13 having an inner insertion space through which a shaft member 3 is internally inserted, and the filter 14 caught between one end or the other end of the telescopic cover bodies 12 and 13 and one or the other member, or disposed between the telescopic cover body 12 and the telescopic cover body 13, and having the inner insertion space through which the shaft member is internally inserted.
