<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relating to image processing of image data. <P>SOLUTION: In an image processing device for outputting to a printing apparatus, image data includes color information being information representing color of an image, and luster degree information being information representing the degree of luster of an image based on spectral reflectances at a plurality of angles, and a specification unit is provided specifying an ink amount set being a combination of ink amounts of respective inks used for printing based on the color information and the luster degree information of input image data is included, wherein the specification unit specifies the ink amount set from the color information and the luster degree information of the input image data by using color information and luster degree information calculated based on a product of non-luster spectral reflectance being spectral reflectance at a specific angle of the image by a combination of ink provided for the printer other than special luster ink, and luster multiangular spectral reflectance being spectral reflectance of multiangles of an image by special luster ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
