<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service life of a chain guide, by preventing abrasion of a support shaft 13 of a roller contacting with a chain for traveling at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The roller 12 contacting with the chain 1 is constituted of a support shaft 13 supported by opposed side plate members 9 arranged along the traveling direction of the chain 1, and a roller bearing having a steel outer ring 12a arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the support shaft 13 and contacting with the chain 1 having an inward collar part on both ends and a roller 12c with a cage 12b incorporated into the outer ring 12a, and for preventing the abrasion of the support shaft 13, grease is sealed between the outer ring 12a and the support shaft 13, or nitriding is performed on a surface of the support shaft 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
