<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foundation structure capable of suppressing liquefaction of the ground of an inside area surrounded by a wall-like soil improvement body while improving workability. <P>SOLUTION: A foundation 10 for supporting a building 12 comprises: a lattice-like soil improvement body 20 formed under an underground building 12A; wall-like soil improvement bodies 30 formed in the outer periphery of the underground building 12A and the lattice-like soil improvement body 20; and core materials 40 embedded in the wall-like soil improvement bodies 30 and serving as outer-surface stiffness application members. The lattice-like soil improvement body 20 is formed in a lattice shape over a liquefaction layer 14A and a bearing layer 14B, in plan view. The liquefaction layer 14A is partitioned by the lattice-like soil improvement body 20 in a plurality of areas 22 and deformation of a soil 14 in each area 22 is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
