PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide caramel-like food restrained from spouting when baked in the case of using the caramel-like food as a filling used embedded in grain flour dough before baked, and a spouting restraining method when using the caramel-like food.

SOLUTION: Chocolate-like food that does not originally have heat resistance is installed vertically above the caramel-like food in the grain flour dough, preferably the caramel-like food is surrounded with the chocolate-like food to restrain or prevent spouting of the caramel-like food when baked.
