<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer that positions printing by use of a mark for detection of a paper position, and that prevents the mark from being seen after printing. <P>SOLUTION: The printer comprises: a printing head for printing on paper; conveying means for conveying the paper; a sensor for detecting a printing positioning mark provided on the paper; heating means for applying heat to the paper; decoloration control means for heating a mark on the paper with the heating manes while conveying the paper by use of the conveying means; and printing control means for conveying the paper by use of the conveying means from the position of the mark detected by the sensor to the printing head and causing the printing head to print. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
