PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating wastewater is provided to collect and dehydrate scum in a coagulation bath by disposing skimmers at the rear upper part of the coagulation bath and the upper part of a dissolved air floating bath. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating wastewater includes a coagulation bath(10), a dissolved air floating bath(20), a microbubble generating unit(30), and a skimmer(40). The coagulation bath coagulates impurities of water to be drained. The water to be drained passes through the dissolved air floating bath, and the dissolved air floating bath removes impurities, which float on the surface of the water, using a skimmer. The microbubble generating unit generates microbubbles to attract impurities of the water and the microbubbles float on the surface of water in the dissolved air floating bath. The skimmer is installed on the rear upper part of the coagulation bath.
