<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device which fixes a shock absorber without interposing rubber bushing. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp device includes a base part (11), and a clamp part (12) in which an I-bracket (41) of a fixed member (40) is fitted between a pair of arm parts (13, 14) projecting from the base part (11).
