摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending device highly accurately coping with wide-range required compressive force (a thickness reduction rate) and favorable in workability. <P>SOLUTION: The bending device includes: a heating means heating the metal tube; a propel means propelling the metal tube; a guide means including an arm rotatable around a spindle while gripping the metal tube, gripping by the arm a front part of a part of the metal tube heated by the heating means and turning the gripped part around the spindle with propulsion of the metal tube to apply bending moment to the metal tube; a carriage including a clamp gripping a rear part of the metal tube to transmit propelling force to the metal tube and advancing toward the heating means; and a compression means applying pulling back force acting in a direction opposite to a direction of propelling the metal tube to the metal tube via the arm using the spindle as a fulcrum. The compression means includes a large output first compressive driving means and a small output second compressive driving means and the pulling back force is applied to the metal tube by one of or both of the first and second compressive driving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
