<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reactor that can manufacture the reactor more easily than before and the reactor obtained by the method for manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 1 including an assembly 10 that is an assembly of a coil member 2 and a magnetic core 3 is manufactured. The magnetic core 3 is formed by combining a plurality of core pieces (outer core sections 33 and 34, and split cores 31 m) and gap plates 31 g. A normal-temperature curable adhesive is used for bonding the core pieces 31 m, 33 and 34, and the gap plates 31 g. Consequently, a curing treatment conventionally performed when a thermosetting adhesive is used can be omitted. In the completed reactor 1, an adhesive layer 7 is formed between the core pieces 31 m, 33 and 34, and the gap plates 31 g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
