摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element assembly, in which chipping on a cut face, peeling of a resin or interfacial fracture of a substrate can be prevented even when a part where a resin and the substrate are laminated is cut. <P>SOLUTION: The optical element assembly includes a metal oxide film 104 between a substrate 101 and a resin 102b of first and second resin layers 102, 103 having flexibility imparted thereto in a range not degrading reflow resistance, the metal oxide film having a low stress itself and a low film density. Upon cutting a part where the substrate 101 and the first and second resin layers 102, 103 overlap, chipping on a cut face or peeling of the first and second resin layers 102, 103 caused by a stress during cutting or interfacial fracture of the substrate 101 can be prevented, and dicing durability can be improved. As a result, in a subsequent reflow process, the first and second resin layers 102, 103 do not peel from the substrate 101, which enhances reliability of the optical element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
