<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal device, performing information display and action support, reflecting needs different in each individual user, when receiving emergency disaster information. <P>SOLUTION: An emergency measure portion 102 of a UE 100 having received a first notice of the emergency disaster information instructs a positioning unit 104 to perform positioning of the present location information of the UE 100, so as to obtain positioned location information from the positioning unit 104.
