<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic control device enabling appropriate analysis on a cause bringing about the occurrence of prescribed vehicle behavior to a behavior occurrence vehicle based on driving information of the behavior occurrence vehicle and related information acquired by a surrounding related information acquisition device at the occurrence of the prescribed vehicle behavior, and to provide the related information acquisition device. <P>SOLUTION: When the prescribed vehicle behavior (a trigger) occurs (S402:Yes), the on-vehicle electronic control device of the behavior occurrence vehicle 300 transmits the VIN of one's own vehicle, and a storage instruction for storing the related information related to the prescribed vehicle behavior to a remote center 310 as behavior occurrence information (S406), and stores the driving information in a storage medium 240 (S408).
