PURPOSE: An adhesive with excellent heat durability, coatability and adhesion is provided to offer reliability to an adhesion between a plastic substrate and a carrier substrate and to have heat durability. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive includes an acryl-based resin, a first block selected from an epoxy-based resin and a siloxane-based resin, and a second block selected from a composite resin or inorganic resin. The first block and the second block are polymerized to form a block copolymer. The comprised amount of one of the first and the second blocks is 2-35 parts by weight and the comprised amount of the residues is 65-98 parts by weight. The siloxane-based resin is selected from polysilsesquioxane, a methyl-based siloxane resin, a platinum-based organic metal complex compound-containing siloxane resin, and a peroxide-curable siloxane resin. |
