<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of highly efficiently radiating heat while suppressing an increase in a manufacturing cost of a printed circuit board, and to provide an electronic control device for vehicles including the power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: Main transistors Tr1 and Tr2 comprising a cascade-connected series regulator include radiation fins 32 and 33 for transmitting heat generated at chips to the outside. The respective radiation fins 32 and 33 of the main transistors Tr1 and Tr2 are connected to heat radiation patterns 34 and 35 formed on a printed circuit board 31.
