PURPOSE: A power management method of a storage device including a multi core is provided to reduce power consumption without the delay of a response speed of a system by independently or dependently managing power according to a command pattern received from a host. CONSTITUTION: A pattern of a command received from the outside is analyzed(S110). An operation mode of a storage device is selected based on the pattern(S120). If the operation mode is a first mode, a first processing core manages power of the storage device(S140). If the operation mode is a second mode, the first and a second processing cores separately manage power of a controlled function block(S150).
