PURPOSE: A cutting system for changing a groove of a plate is provided to minimize the generation of a notch by changing the shape of a corner roof and the direction switching position of a cutting torch. CONSTITUTION: A cutting system for changing a groove of a plate comprises groove changing portions(11,21) and a corner roof(30). The ends of both grooves of a plate are curved and connected to each other, and the groove changing portions are formed. The corner roof is connected to the groove changing portions, and guides the cutting of both grooves.
