<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital protection control device capable of reducing the number of voltage transformers each installed on a bus and measuring the bus voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The digital protection control device which acquires the bus voltage by utilizing the voltage measurement results from voltage transformers installed on a plurality of lines comprises a simulation bus voltage output device 12 (12<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-12<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) installed in each line 3 (3<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-3<SB POS="POST">n</SB>), determines whether or not a line voltage measurement value from a voltage transformer 9 (9<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-9<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) installed in the same line can be used in place of the bus voltage, and outputs the line voltage measurement value as a simulation bus voltage, i.e. a simulation value of the bus voltage, if it can be used, and a working voltage selection device 10 which selects a simulation bus voltage being used in each synchronism detection device 11 (11<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-11<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) requiring the information of the bus voltage out of the simulation bus voltages output from respective simulation bus voltage output devices 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
