<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic coupling device in which a coil is fixed to a yoke with a molded resin which is excellent in safety and thermal conductivity and has a filler uniformly dispersed therein hardly suffering from cracks at any portion. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic coupling device includes the yoke 2 having a recessed part 21 for accommodating the coil, an exciting coil 3 accommodated in the recessed part 21 for accommodating the coil, and the molded resin 4 which is injected into the recessed part 21 for accommodating the coil and fixes in a cured state the exciting coil 3 to the yoke 2, wherein a liquid resin added with spherical fused silica is injected into the recessed part 21 for accommodating the coil, and cured to form the molded resin 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
