SOLID-STATE DRIVE AND MOTHERBOARD SUPPORTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state drive that can be connected to a motherboard without preparing an interface connector.

SOLUTION: The inventive solid-state drive includes a plate body and a control chip and a power supply circuit mounted on the plate body. The plate body is provided with an edge connector to be inserted into a memory slot of a motherboard. The edge connector has plural pins. The pins includes plural signal pins to be connected to the control chip, plural power supply pins to be connected to the power supply circuit, and plural ground pins to be connected to a ground layer of the solid-state drive.
