<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both of operability and durability of an opening/closing plate for opening/closing a medium discharge hole of a storage tray. <P>SOLUTION: A latch case 61 of a latch unit 14 is mounted on the storage tray 11 by being inserted into a latch engagement recess part 37 in substantially parallel to the opening/closing direction of the opening/closing plate 12 in a prescribed attitude and being engaged therewith. A latch mechanism 62 of the latch unit 14 is alternately changed over between an engaged state where the latch mechanism is pressurized by an engagement projection part 42 of the opening/closing plate 12 that moves further from the opening position to an open direction to be engaged with the engagement projection part 42, and a released state where the latch mechanism is released from the engagement with the engagement projection part 42. When the opening/closing plate 12 is moved from the opening position to the closed direction, with the latch mechanism 62 and the engagement projection part 42 engaged with each other, and the latch case 61 is separated from the latch engagement recess part 37 and moves in the opening/closing direction along with the opening/closing plate 12, a lower latch guide protruding strip 36 regulates the attitude of the moving latch case 61 into the prescribed state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
