摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unequalness of utilization rate of charging facilities. <P>SOLUTION: A charging facility DB stored in a storage unit of a management server registers, for each charging facility, place, utilization rate, information on associated facilities, and information such as settings of favorable treatment to be applied to a user when the user utilizes the charging facility. The settings of favorable treatment are defined such that a higher degree of favorable treatment is provided when the user utilizes a charging facility of a lower utilization rate. Information stored in the charging facility DB is transmitted to vehicle navigation devices of respective vehicles via a VICS system, and on the basis of the received information, each vehicle navigation device searches for a recommended route which includes charging devices that are located within a predetermined distance from the shortest route and have low utilization rates (i.e., provides a higher degree of favorable treatment), and displays the recommended route obtained in the search on a display unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
