<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector capable of reducing costs by absorbing a mounting tolerance, and by decreasing the number of components for waterproof. <P>SOLUTION: A waterproof connector 1 comprises: a connector body 2; and an outer housing 4 which surrounds the connector body 2, and is fixed to a case 11. The connector body 2 comprises: a contact 21; and a body housing 20 which has a body receiving part 22 for receiving a mating connector 3, and holds the contact 21. The outer housing 4 comprises: an outer receiving part 41 which stores the body receiving part 22 of the connector body 2, and receives the mating connector 3 together with the body receiving part 22; and a guide cylinder 42 that corresponds to a boss 132 disposed on the case 11 when the guide cylinder 42 is mounted on the case 11.
