<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar cell module in which warpage or deformation is minimized without giving complex constrains onto the sealing conditions of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a solar cell module where a solar cell is sealed with a transparent sealing material on a transparent substrate, the solar cell, the transparent substrate, and the sealing material are heated to a first temperature, and the solar cell is sealed with the sealing material at the first temperature. Furthermore, warpage correction is carried out in which a load is applied to the convex surface side of the solar cell module that is warped by sealing by a pressurization section, with holding the solar cell module in the loaded state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
