<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eco-driving support ECU capable of notifying a driver about the degree of performance of eco-driving without troubling the driver or providing a feeling of discomfort to a fellow passenger. <P>SOLUTION: The eco-driving support ECU measures instantaneous fuel consumption as the degree of eco-driving, and compares the instantaneous fuel consumption with 10-15 mode fuel consumption. When the instantaneous fuel consumption is higher than the 10-15 mode fuel consumption, a compressor is operated to discharge air from a hole part formed in a steering wheel (S150), and the driver is notified of a decrease in the degree of eco-driving by applying pressure to the driver's hands gripping the steering wheel. In addition, when the instantaneous fuel consumption is lower than the 10-15 mode fuel consumption, a vacuum pump is operated to suck in the air from the hole part (S135).
