<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation determining method capable of determining operation of a solenoid SLI and a solenoid SL2 with the same inspection device in a short time period. <P>SOLUTION: When an SLI coil is energized so that a magnetic flux is generated in a magnetic circuit of a solenoid SLI, the magnetic flux flows also in the magnetic circuit of the solenoid SLI. That is, the magnetic flux is interlinked with an SL2 coil 15. If a movable iron core 20 of the solenoid SLI is attracted by a fixed iron core 17, since the magnetic flux interlinked with the SL2 coil 15 is increased drastically, a pulse-like induced voltage is generated in the SL2 coil 15 in proportion to the magnetic flux change. By sensing the voltage induced in the SL2 coil 15, operation of the solenoid SLI is determined. In the same manner, operation of the solenoid SL2 is determined by energizing the SL2 coil 15 for generating a magnetic flux in a magnetic circuit of the solenoid SL2, and sensing an induced voltage generated in an SL1 coil 14 when a movable iron core 26 of the solenoid SL2 is attracted by the fixed iron core 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
