PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to extract and exclude a benign domain name included in a malignant domain list.

SOLUTION: A benign domain name exclusion device for excluding a benign domain name from a malignant domain list includes: malignant domain list storage means for storing the malignant domain list; score calculation means for calculating a score for determining whether or not a domain name included in the malignant domain list is a benign domain name; determination means for determining whether or not the domain name having the score calculated by the score calculation means is a benign domain name on the basis of the score; and new malignant domain list generation means for generating a new malignant domain list by excluding the domain name determined to be a benign domain name by the determination means from the old malignant domain list.
