<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the flow of excessive current at the time of transmission of a current signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a receiving side communication device 1, a signal processing unit 10 performs determination processing to a signal received by a receiving unit 12, and a transmission unit 11 returns its determination result to a transmission side communication device 1. In the transmission side communication device 1, the signal processing unit 10 performs adjustment processing, and controls an adjusting unit 13 such that the maximum value of current at the time of transmission of a current signal will be a value corresponding to the determination result.
