<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container capable of detecting a level of liquid in the liquid container with higher accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid container 1 includes a container body 13 holding a liquid 8; an inlet 14 formed in the container body 13 for pouring the liquid 8 into the container body 13; and a level sensor 16 provided in the container body 13, and detecting a first liquid level necessary for starting replenishment of the liquid 8 from the inlet 14 and a second liquid level necessary for stopping the replenishment by contact of the liquid 8. The level sensor 16 is extended through a wall of the container body 13 positioned higher than the second liquid level in a vertical downward direction along a sidewall of the container body 13 to at least the first liquid level from the second liquid level; a whole of the level sensor 16 is separated away from the inlet 14; and a portion of a level sensor 15 between the first liquid level and the second liquid level is arranged at a predetermined distance away from the sidewall of the container body 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
