<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting that has excellent water cut-off performance in a connection between a sill and a jamb. <P>SOLUTION: A fitting comprises: a frame comprising a sill and a jamb; and a sash openably/closably provided in the frame. The jamb comprises: a jamb body; and an extension portion which is extended from the jamb body and whose lower end is located above the lower end of the jamb body. In the jamb and the sill, an intermediate member is provided between the lower end of the extension portion and the sill, and an elastic sealing material is interposed between the extension portion and the intermediate member and between the sill and the intermediate member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
