<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing system which prevents excess flow due to a negative pressure inside secondary side piping and prevents generation of a water hammer due to the excess flow and damages of apparatus due to the water hammer, since a conventional negative pressure type pre-action sprinkle fire extinguishing system has a risk in which a flow rate of fire extinguishing water flowing inside the piping becomes the excess flow, since the inside of the secondary side piping is in a negative pressure state, and the water hammer is generated and the piping of the sprinkler fire extinguishing system is damaged. <P>SOLUTION: An air vent 34 and an electric valve 35 are provided at the end part of the secondary side piping 12, the electric valve 35 is opened at the start of discharging water, and the inside of the secondary side piping 12 is set to an atmospheric pressure by outside air flowing therein to prevent the excess flow. Further, air inside the piping is discharged through the air vent 34 by the fire extinguishing water forcibly fed into the secondary side piping 12, and a time required for filling water in the secondary side piping 12 is shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
