METHOD FOR ANALYZING TWB FORMING

PURPOSE: A TWB(Tailor Welded Blank) forming analysis method is provided to supply a basis of desirable forming analysis by applying a heat-affected zone material to a neighboring area of a welding part between different base materials. CONSTITUTION: Different base material areas are set up. A welding part of the base material areas is set up. A heat-affected zone is set up around the welding part. A material in the heat-affected zone is included. An external forming condition is applied to base material areas composing the welding part. The behavior of the welding part and the heat-affected zone is analyzed according to the external forming condition. The material of the heat-affected zone is set up according to a welding type of the welding part.
