<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery having a high conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In a lens integrated type solar battery comprising a photoelectric conversion element 102 having a power generating layer formed of InGaP, GaAs and InGaAs and electrodes formed on both the surfaces of the power generating layer, and a lens 101 having contact with the photoelectric conversion element 102, the photoelectric conversion element 102 is connected to the electrode at the light receiving surface side and contains metal plating coming into contact with the photoelectric conversion element 102 through an insulating film and second metal plating connected to the electrode at the opposite side to the light receiving surface. The light receiving surface side of the center portion of the photoelectric conversion element 102 is convexed to have a curved structure in cross-sectional view, and the whole metal plating is linearly symmetrical with respect to a line of [010] direction passing through the center of the photoelectric conversion element 102 and also linearly symmetrical with respect to a line of [001] direction passing through the center of the photoelectric conversion element 102 in plan view taken from the opposite side to the light receiving surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
