<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly circulate gas 2 such as raw gas or the like to each catalyst in a reactor in the reactor such as a reformer, a desulfurizer or the like of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: Elements 4 are formed into annular grooved shapes and are laminated into multiple stages and an upper lid 6 is disposed on the uppermost stage.
