INJECTOR AND CONTROL METHOD OF ULTRASONIC MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector capable of efficiently releasing fixation of a stator and rotor of an ultrasonic motor.

SOLUTION: A injector 1 for injecting chemicals comprises: an ultrasonic motor unit 3 having an ultrasonic motor 31; a driving mechanism 4 driven by the ultrasonic moto unit 3 so as to send the chemicals when the ultrasonic motor 31 rotates normally; and a control unit 5 which controls the ultrasonic motor 31 of the ultrasonic motor unit 3. The ultrasonic motor 31 has a stator 32 and a rotor 33. The control unit 5 controls alternate repetition of normal rotation and reverse rotation by the ultrasonic motor 31 so as to release the fixation of the stator 32 and the rotor 33.
